Beginning Adult Tennis Ages 14 and Up Fundamental Tennis Skills - forehand, back hand, volley, overhead, serve and more. If you have never played or haven’t played for years, this is the class for you. Drills and games reinforce skills and each class builds upon the previous week. Fun is absolutely guaranteed! Students bring: Tennis racket, tennis or basketball shoes, and water or a sport drink. A limited number of loaner rackets will be available. NOTE: there will be a $5 ball fee, payable to the instructor on the first day of class. Classes held at Lion’s Park, 701 W. Picacho. Advanced Beginner / Intermediate Adult Tennis Ages 14 and Up Enjoy fast-paced drills and point play while emphasizing tactics and strategies. Hit tons of balls and play games that reinforce proper strokes, tactics and court positioning. Footwork and proper court communication are emphasized and reinforced in games and drills. Students bring: Tennis racket, tennis or basketball shoes, and water or a sport drink. A limited number of loaner rackets will be available.
